This privacy notice (the “Notice”) describes how Soave’s Ice Cream (“Soave’s”) collects, uses and shares the information you provide to us and the information we collect in the course of operating our business and our website www.soaves.co.uk. It also sets out the obligations of Soave’s regarding data protection and the rights of our customers, business contacts and employees (“data subjects”) in respect of their personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (“the Regulation”).

Soave’s Ice Cream (“Soave’s”) has a place of business at 106A Cumbernauld Road, Glasgow, G69 9AA.
“Soave’s” is the controller of your personal data that you share with us or that third parties share with us in order to provide you with our products and services as well as our marketing materials that you have requested, to apply for opportunities for employment and personal data that you may have provided in order that you provide us with goods and services.
2. The personal information we collect and how we collect it
In providing our ice cream products and services to you we will receive most of the personal information we collect from you or from the company you represent. This will include where you make an enquiry, seek an estimate of costs for products or services but do not proceed, are provided with free initial product or service information or where we are representing you as a customer of Soave’s Ice Cream.

We may also collect photographs of you where you attend our premises or at events. We may collect Contact Data which could include your residential and/or business address, email address and telephone numbers or billing address. We may also collect your personal information from Soave’s website. As well as the data types mentioned above, our website collects technical data such as your IP address and other usage data about how you use our website, products and services. We may also collect marketing and communications data which includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us as well as profile data including purchases or orders made by you, your interests, and feedback and survey responses.
When you visit our website www.soaves.co.uk we will collect information about your usage using cookies and other tracking technology. When you visit our website we may use your IP address to collect internet traffic data and data regarding your browser type and computer. Provided the cookies are not necessary for us to deliver our website and our services to you, you are able to reject them by using your browser settings.
