This privacy notice (the “Notice”) describes how Soave’s Ice Cream (“Soave’s”) collects, uses and shares the information you provide to us and the information we collect in the course of operating our business and our website  It also sets out the obligations of Soave’s regarding data protection and the rights of our customers, business contacts and employees (“data subjects”) in respect of their personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (“the Regulation”).

Soave’s Ice Cream (“Soave’s”) has a place of business at 106A Cumbernauld Road, Glasgow, G69 9AA.

“Soave’s” is the controller of your personal data that you share with us or that third parties share with us in order to provide you with our products and services as well as our marketing materials that you have requested, to apply for opportunities for employment and personal data that you may have provided in order that you provide us with goods and services.

2.  The personal information we collect and how we collect it

In providing our ice cream products and services to you we will receive most of the personal information we collect from you or from the company you represent.  This will include where you make an enquiry, seek an estimate of costs for products or services but do not proceed, are provided with free initial product or service information or where we are representing you as a customer of Soave’s Ice Cream.

 We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you including Identity Data such as title, first name, last name, username, date of birth and location.  We may also collect photographs of you where you attend our premises or at events.  We may collect Contact Data which could include your residential and/or business address, email address and telephone numbers or billing address.  We will, in limited circumstances, need to collect Special Categories of Personal Data about you where you are attending Soave’s premises, for example, we may need to know about accessibility or mobility concerns that you have, dietary requirements, or other health matters which could affect your use of our products or the way we need to provide our services.
