We hope you are safe and well. 2020 has been challenging for us all and we wanted to write to you to say thank you! Thank you for your continued custom, thank you for your patience and understanding, thank you for your loyalty to Soave’s Ice Cream. We hope our Award Winning luxury Ice Cream brand has remained consistent and reliable to you during these unprecedented times.
Like many small businesses, we have had to make some staffing changes throughout these ever-changing circumstances and we would also like to show our appreciation and gratitude to our loyal and hardworking staff for their acceptance of furlough, ongoing dedication to exceptional standards of hygiene and for having a positive attitude throughout this uncertain period. Thank you!
So what positives can we take from 2020 …
As a business we moved to a cashless payment system, protecting our staff as well as giving our customers multiple options of payment for your convenience.
We have a number of methods of payments you can now utilise. Prior to Delivery: We accept payment by bank transfer (BACS) or you can pay by credit or debit card by calling our office on 0141 779 3288. On Delivery: You can make payment via a credit or debit card with our delivery driver. We also accept cheque payments on delivery.
Perhaps we now all have further opportunity for increased online take away sales with many customers using online delivery apps such as Scoffable and Justeat to get their dessert fix. We’d love to hear how you find these apps for ice cream delivery? Are you managing to keep our product cold enough, is there anything we can help/advise you on?
Talking of takeaway products, Soave’s have various cartons available that you may not be aware of. Our traditional range of Chocolate Symphony, Mint Choc Chip, Original Vanilla, Raspberry Ripple and Strawberry Caprice are supplied in 500ml tubs as well as our Scottish Edition flavours, Cream Vanilla, Highland Toffee, Tablet and Toasted Macaroon. In addition our 120ml tubs are really popular with adults and kids alike and come in 7 delicious flavours including something for everyone in the form of our dairy free sorbet and fat free frozen yogurt.
Our unique ice cream filled snowballs and sponges continue to prove popular in the retail market. If you haven’t had the opportunity to sample these yet, now is the time! Retailing in handy takeaway twin boxes, these make a great addition to your existing dessert offering.
So as you can see, we have found some positives during the pandemic. We need to keep going and be there for each other. We truly are in this together so again, thank you for your support during 2020.
